So if I were to pick 3 Images that represent my health focus  they would be the following 

I have Osteonecrosis and I spread awareness via  making  a  new informational and educational booklet on the disease  by patients for patients  my various web pages , and you tube videos. Any way I can I spread awareness and educate

I take Herbology classes and I am learning how herbs & spices can help fight pain and inflammation as well as treat many health conditions 

They better we eat the less inflammation we will have in the body which in turn will help not just pain but overall health.

The body always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is listening and doing what your body needs.
