Prompt of the Day: Are you superstitious?

Honestly… not really. I prefer to turn things around.

For example, people say Friday the 13th is unlucky.

I’ve always said it’s my lucky day.

Do I walk under ladders?

No… but that’s not superstition. That’s common sense. I don’t want a paint can or toolbox landing on my head.

Do I avoid stepping on cracks?

Again, not superstition. I’m just trying not to twist an ankle.

And throwing salt over my shoulder for luck?

Absolutely not. I’m the one who has to clean the floor afterward.

So no… I’m not superstitious.

I’m just practical… with a good sense of humor. 😄
