Making changes is challenging; it’s often easier to just stick to what we’re familiar with , old habits habits, even if they might be harmful.
As I often say, “It’s easier for us to persist in what we’re doing, even if we recognize its negative impact, than to take the risk of embracing new choices.”
So, let’s collectively commit to doing the hard thing. When it comes to quitting smoking, try gradual reduction, seek support, and replace old habits.
For those facing mobility challenges, focus on nutrition, incorporate seated exercises, and set realistic weight loss goals. Remember, prioritizing sustainable changes is key.
Remember start slow check with your doctor for guidance and have faith.
