Hello! I’m Deb, and welcome to my blog, now rebranded from “Chronically Grateful Me” to “Joint Purpose.” This name reflects my journey of living with joint pain while embracing gratitude.

I started this blog back in 2016 and so grateful for all the positive feedback.
