The 2 cliches that drive me crazy are 
Get Well Soon

And
You don’t look Sick

Now I do try to take into consideration that many if not most people have never of Osteonecrosis, Factor V Leiden or Spondylolithesis. Unless you have it or someone close to you. 

Say that 3 times real fast

So I know their intentions are good but what is a person who is sick or battling a chronic condition suppose to look like ?

And Get well soon
Hmmmm

Nope don’t think that’s going to happen any time soon either

So what I do is try to educate when I can spread awareness everyplace I go

So people will be more informed 
In fact I got so sick of so many people not knowing about Osteonecrosis and let me tell ya when n you get diagnosed doctors don’t want to take 15 to 30 minutes telling and explaining it either. 
So I got an idea, spoke to the members of my Avascular Necrosis/ Osteonecrosis support group and we put our ideas suggestions down and I made a book in fact I just picked it up today. 

That’s how I deal with things when people don’t understand.

They want you well, we want to be well.
And if we could we would be well
